Program Description

HoyaList sends informational SMS messages to contractors who opt in. Messages may include notifications about homeowner demand, new client inquiries, reminders to complete a profile, and links to download the HoyaList app.

How Users Opt In

Users opt in during HoyaList account sign-up by providing a phone number and checking a required consent box.
Users may also opt in by texting START to our business number (if enabled).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on activity (example: up to 4 messages per month).
